TORONTO, Ontario (October 13, 2021) – Rhapsody Property Management Services ("Rhapsody"), Canada's premier property management company, was awarded management of Kings Club – a 506-unit mixed-use purpose-built rental community located at 1100 King Street West. Rhapsody officially took over the community's operations on October 1, 2021.
Kings Club opened its doors in 2019, offering studios, 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom suites in the beloved Liberty Village neighbourhood. Located at the north end of Liberty Village, residents have convenient access to King West and West Queen West, placing them in the centre of three of the city's most desirable neighbourhoods for those looking for proximity to bars and restaurants, shopping, entertainment and sporting venues, green space, and transit.
