Rhapsody Property Management Services ("Rhapsody") was recognized at the Federation of Rental-housing Providers of Ontario ("FRPO") 2020 Virtual Awards Gala, celebrating the best in the residential rental housing industry in Ontario.
Rhapsody was a finalist in three categories – Customer Service Award of Excellence, Advertising Excellence for a Single Campaign and Property Manager of The Year.
Rhapsody received the "Customer Service Award of Excellence", recognizing outstanding customer service to residents across Rhapsody's Ontario portfolio. This award recognizes a commitment to high standards of resident care and willingness to go above and beyond the status quo. In the early days of COVID-19, Rhapsody responded quickly to ensure the safety and comfort of residents. Cleaning and sanitation efforts were increased immediately, virtual tours were implemented, and resident events shifted to a virtual format. Rhapsody also worked with residents, ownership partners and vendors to launch several initiatives in support of local community organizations and emergency response funds.
"To be recognized for outstanding Customer Service is already an incredible honour in Property Management, but to receive this recognition in a year like 2020 makes this award even more special and meaningful to our organization" said Rob Martin, Senior Vice President at Rhapsody. "I want to extend a big thank you to our site and corporate teams who have worked tirelessly to create a safe and enjoyable resident experience for our renters in these unique and challenging times. This award is a testament to your hard work and dedication, and I am so grateful for our fantastic team."
The Brixton Prelease Campaign was recognized as the best advertising campaign of 2020, awarding "Advertising Excellence" to Rhapsody who collaborated with The Brand Factory on the campaign. The Brixton Prelease Campaign included a Leasing Gallery located at 1026 Queen Street West, a teaser video that captures the essence of The Brixton's beloved neighbourhood of West Queen West, and a comprehensive social media campaign.
"Thank you to our client partners for the opportunity to manage the launch of this incredible community and for sharing our goal of redefining rental living in Canada" said Rob Martin. "Our marketing expertise is a key component and differentiator of Rhapsody's capabilities offering. We are constantly studying the wants and needs of Canadian renters, always innovating, and launching campaigns that resonate with our target audiences. It's an honour to be recognized in this category."
Amy Aikin, Rhapsody's Property Manager at The Montgomery, a boutique rental community at the heart of Yonge and Eglinton, was nominated for the "Property Manager of the Year" award – another incredible honour for Rhapsody. Amy is beloved by residents and her team, and continuously demonstrates leadership, top-notch customer service and is known to go the extra mile in her community.
