TORONTO (August 15, 2018) -- Rhapsody Property Management Services ("Rhapsody"), Canada's premier third-party management firm, is pleased to announce the hiring of Austin Joynes as the National Director of Marketing and Training. Based in Toronto, Austin will lead Rhapsody's marketing and training program, focusing on excellence in all aspects of brand, outreach and customer experience for Rhapsody, its clients and their properties.
Prior to joining Rhapsody, Austin held leadership roles in property management, marketing, leasing and customer experience for a variety of owners and managers across Canada. Most notably, he originated and lead the marketing and leasing division for a national residential property management company serving institutional owners and developers, onboarding 5000 suites of acquisition and new development projects, and overseeing marketing strategies for a pipeline of more than 12,000 suites.

Austin studied Industrial Relations and Urban Planning at the University of Toronto. He is a member of the Real Estate Institute of Canada (REIC), the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and is a candidate for the designation of Certified Property Manager (CPM).
