Rhapsody Names Austin Joynes as Vice President, Marketing and Training

TORONTO (April 9, 2020) -- Rhapsody Property Management Services ("Rhapsody"), Canada's premier multifamily property management firm focused on new development purpose-built rental communities, is pleased to announce the promotion of Austin Joynes to Vice President, Marketing and Training from his prior role as National Director, Marketing and Training.

Since joining Rhapsody in 2018, Austin's leadership and industry expertise have been vital to the growth of the organization. His expert understanding of renters and rental markets has been instrumental in the launch of award-winning purpose-built rental communities across Canada. As National Director, Marketing and Training, Austin has directed his team towards a pragmatic framework that enhances and streamlines the delivery of Rhapsody's services. He has led his team in developing highly effective advertising and marketing campaigns, expanding Rhapsody's influence as Canada's premier property management brand, and receiving industry recognition and award nominations from BILD ("Building Industry and Land Development Association") and FRPO ("Federation of Rental-Housing Providers of Ontario").

Austin joins the leadership team at Rhapsody, where he will lead the implementation of marketing and training programs that differentiate Rhapsody-managed communities from the competition and increase asset value for Rhapsody's clients. Austin's expertise in all aspects of strategy, branding, communications and customer experience will be an invaluable asset in the next stage of Rhapsody's growth.
