Rhapsody Hires Malcolm Mo as National Marketing Director

Industry Specialist Overseeing Canadian Marketing Initiatives

TORONTO (May 4, 2016) -- Rhapsody Property Management Services ("Rhapsody"), Canada's premier third party management firm, announced today that Malcolm Mo was hired as the national marketing director to create a strategic marketing platform for the company's managed apartment communities. Based in Toronto, Mo will work in tandem with Rob Martin, senior vice president, and Jennifer Staciokas, senior vice president of marketing and training, to build Rhapsody's brand in Canada.

"Malcolm has great experience in the Canadian multifamily technology space and I knew it would translate well into the Rhapsody property management approach," said Staciokas. "He also has an energetic and inspired leadership style which will be a true asset to our team."

Prior to joining Rhapsody, Mo worked at a leading Canadian marketing agency where he serviced some of the largest property management companies across the country. In this role, he created advertising and marketing strategies for a diverse portfolio of multifamily, student, single family and new purpose built rentals in various markets. Mo's experience in sales and marketing, coupled with his multifamily, technology and data analytics experience, will enable him to build dynamic lifestyle brands for each of Rhapsody's unique communities.

A division of Dallas-based Pinnacle, Rhapsody launched in May 2015 to focus on providing best-in-class property management services for purpose-built rental properties in Canada. Headquartered in Toronto, the company is currently engaged for lease-up efforts in Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver and Toronto and has over ten new multifamily construction projects in the pipeline.
