Rhapsody Hires Nicole Salmieri as Vice President of Operations

TORONTO (April 17, 2020) -- Rhapsody Property Management Services ("Rhapsody"), Canada's premier multifamily property management firm focused on new development purpose-built rental communities, announced today that Nicole Salmieri will be joining the company as Vice President of Operations.

In her new role, Nicole will provide leadership to Rhapsody's regional property management teams, driving performance and results in all aspects of property operations for Rhapsody's managed portfolio of properties across the country.  As a member of the leadership team, she will also be responsible for continuing to scale Rhapsody's property management program as the company continues to grow, and drive innovation as the purpose-built rental industry continues to evolve in Canada.

Nicole brings over 20 years of property operations, client relations and leadership experience to Rhapsody. Prior to joining Rhapsody, Nicole was Vice President at the sixth-largest multi-family property management company in the US, supporting 61,000+ apartment homes and 100 clients. Nicole specializes in creating efficient systems and effective procedures to improve an organization's operating platform while driving financial performance.

Nicole is a frequent speaker at industry events, educating attendees on operational topics like technology advancements, revenue generation, online reputation management, the customer experience and social media influence. She has held an adjunct professor role at the Georgia Institute of Technology and is the co-inventor of several industry-specific technology platforms, including a patented online leasing product.
